Digitalisation is in general a technical process of converting analog information/things in any form (text, image, voice etc.) into digital (i.e. computer readable) formats/data. Digitalisation is characterized by many complex processes of integrating digital technology systems into everyday life of humans.

The action or process of discovering or being discovered is called discovery process. (Oxford Dictionary, (n.d.))
It can be also called as finding out, learning, realization, recognition, detection, uncovering etc. (Oxford Dictionary, (n.d.))

Diversity is the state of being diverse, a range of different things, a point of difference or the state or quality of being different or varied. (Oxford Dictionary, (n.d.)
Diversity is also the inclusion of people of different races, genders, religions etc. in a group.

Someone who helps a person or organization do something more easily or find the answer to a problem, by discussing things and suggesting ways of doing things. (Cambridge Dictionary, (n.d.) A facilitator is someone who is employed to make a process easier, or to help people reach a solution or agreement, without getting directly involved in the process, discussion, etc. A facilitator enables other people to work in the way that suits them best.
To facilitate means to make something possible or easier.

Information is defined as the facts provided or learned about something or someone. (Oxford, n.d.). Information collection is the collection of information or data which is relevant and useful for the target group on the specific chosen topics. In B4R, it serves as a documentation of methods used in case studies, and not every piece of information available. (B4R_AP3_Glossary_LLUR_V1, p.3). Copedia can in other terms be defined as an ‘Information Collection’, where information on people, projects and methods of B4R are available.
